My broker account is only connecting in Signals Mode

On the Brokers tab if your account is only connecting in Signals Mode when you do not wish to then there are two possibilities to rectify this.

  • You have registered broker account directly on to brokers website
    • In this case our system doesn’t not get full access to your account for security reasons brokers do not give access to auto trading and or features
    • Solution: Register directly from Brokers tab with a different email address
  • You are using an older broker account
    • This will create same issue as one mentioned before
    • Solution: Register directly from Brokers tab with a different email address

Your unique email address has to be registered on Broker’s tab as new account otherwise our system cannot access your broker account leaving it to be connected only in Signals Mode. You should register with new email on Broker’s tab and that would give you all features including Auto Trading.
